Vibration sensors / Skin conduction microphones

This is an acceleration sensor made using electret condenser microphone technology. It has higher sensitivity than general piezoelectric element acceleration sensors and can pick up signals such as biological information.

MEMS microphones

Examination of requirement / Quotation

Summarize the customer's requests, conduct experiments, appearance and mechanical design, principle prototypes, etc., and create quotations.

Prototype design

Create prototype drawings and based on them, create prototypes and check performance, appearance, etc., and identify problems.

Mass product design / Process design

After deciding to go to mass production, we draw up mass production drawings, create molds, verify the validity of the first made sample of mass production parts (reliability, lifespan, failure rate, etc.) and simultaneously design manufacturing processes for mass production.
